Acceptance of Service

By booking any service with GlossFix, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all services offered, including but not limited to: car wash, detailing, engine cleaning, oil change, aesthetic restoration, and any other automotive services provided.

Mobile Service Conditions

All services are performed at the location provided by the client, within GlossFix’s operational coverage area. The client must ensure a safe, level, and accessible workspace free of obstructions (ideally a private driveway, garage, or parking space). In cases of heavy rain or unsafe working conditions (e.g., muddy surfaces, steep inclines), GlossFix reserves the right to reschedule the appointment in the interest of safety and service quality.

Vehicle Condition

Client must disclose any special conditions of the vehicle prior to service (e.g., damaged paint, leaks, mechanical issues, battery failure, rust, exposed sensors, etc.). GlossFix is not responsible for pre-existing damage not reported or discovered during service. If vehicle presents severe infestation or damage (e.g., infestation, biological waste, excessive mold), a surcharge will apply, or the service may be refused after on-site evaluation.

Oil Changes & Basic Mechanical Services

Oil changes are performed according to manufacturer specifications based on information provided by the client or VIN scan. GlossFix uses premium-grade oil only (Valvoline, Mobile 1, Kirkland Full Syntethic). The client is responsible for providing accurate information about mileage, prior oil type, and any prior mechanical parts. We do not offer advanced mechanical diagnostics – only preventative and basic maintenance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed at no penalty if made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice, or failure to be present at the time of appointment, will incur a 75% fee of the scheduled service. • In cases of events of major force (e.g., severe weather or emergencies), Glossfix reserves right to reschedule without penalty.

Payments & Accepted Methods

Payment is due upon booking of service via cash, bank transfer, or available digital payment methods. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle is larger than specified by the client or requires additional treatment (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, deep stains). A travel fee may apply if the service location is outside the primary coverage zone. All services are clearly described on our website. Please review carefully before booking. GlossFix is not liable for dissatisfaction based on service misunderstandings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee exceptional service quality. If the client is unsatisfied, they must notify GlossFix within 12 hours of service completion, providing evidence (photos/videos) of review. The guarantee does not apply if the vehicle was altered or treated by third parties after our service (e.g., additional washes or chemicals applied by the client).

Limitation of Liability

GlossFix is not responsible for:

-Electrical or mechanical issues that are pre-existing or hidden.

-Leaks of failures not directly related to our services or products.

-Loss of personal items left inside vehicle. Clients are responsible for removing valuables prior to service.

Use of Images

GlossFix may take before-and-after photos or videos for promotional purposes, without revealing the identity of the client. Clients may opt out by notifying us in writing when scheduling service.

Privacy Policy

Client information (name, phone, address) is used solely for service operations. GlossFix does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Modifications

GlossFix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available for review on this page.
